• Click on the eService box on the right of the site, complete the online form which allows you to give us all the information we need to deal with your query. As soon as you submit the query it is passed to the right department so we can quickly find a resolution.
  
  You will then receive an email from IT247.com which will tell you how we will deal with your query.

Consumer/Home User:

• We are an online company and as such we have a preference for communicating electronically, this way we can document everything and ensure that your query is dealt with as quickly as possible.
