Delivery Options - UK Mainland Only


 

We offer the following delivery options for in-stock items:

* The next working day for orders placed between Friday 17:00 – Monday 17:00 is Tuesday.

** The third working day for orders placed between Friday 17:00 – Monday 17:00 is Thursday.


 

Please note these prices apply to orders less than 20kg. Orders in excess of 20kg will be subject to a charge of £0.20 per kg.


 

For Next Working Day Delivery, orders need to be placed before 5pm and the order items need to be in stock at the time ordering.


 

Delivery times are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (excluding Bank Holidays).


 

Please ensure you enter your delivery and billing details correctly as failure to do so will cause delays (please note that in some cases these must be the same address).


 

Delivery Notes


 

1. Saturdays, Sundays & Bank Holidays are not included as a working day. Please take this into account when making your purchase.


 

2. The estimated arrival times are taken directly from information provided by our couriers. These are estimates only.


 

2. All deliveries will require a signature on receipt and cannot be left with a third party.


 

4. Saturday deliveries can be arranged but are offered on a case by case situation and an additional delivery charge will apply.


 

5. Please ensure you check your item before signing for it, as we cannot be held responsible for the condition of an item once it has been signed for and accepted. When signing for a delivery you are accepting the item in the condition it arrives, if the box is damaged then you are required to sign for the item as damaged.


 

6 If goods are returned to IT247 because of a failed delivery for any reason, the carriage cost is not refundable. We reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred to re-deliver the order.


 

7 Missing or delayed items needs to be reported to IT247 customer services within 48 hours. Please note that we will need at least 48 hours to investigate before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.


 

8. IT247.com does not support purchases from outside of the UK Mainland and therefore all transactions will be subject to UK VAT. You are advised not to place orders with a shipping destination outside of the Mainland UK.


 

Order Tracking

 
 

Following your purchase online, IT247 will send you email confirmation to acknowledge your order and again when your goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. The email address used, will be the one you provided at the point of purchase or stored within your ‘My Account’ profile.
